Placing your DNA Sequencing order online is fast and simple. Follow these steps below.

Select Place Order in the DNA Sequencing Section

- Choose your starting service type:
- Sequencing for Plasmid/PCR products
- Direct Sequencing from Colony/Culture/Glycerol Stock
- Ready2Load Sequencing
- Choose DNA type, answer applicable questions about services needed.
- Sample Submission: Select how samples will be submitted (Free local Eton pickup (if applicable), Drop off at eton, or No pickup because everything for the order is stored/provided by Eton). If local Eton sample pickup is selected, specify whether samples, primers, or both are to be picked up, and specify what time your samples/primers will be available for pickup.

Fill In or upload samples.
- We process plates vertically (A1-H1, A2-H2, etc...). If you’ve arranged your samples horizontally (A1-A12, B1-B12, etc…) please include the well name with your sample name for correct processing.
