When Ordering Online

For new customers

Please go to our website and do a one time registration, login, and add to your shopping cart.

For existing customers

Please visit our website to find your desired products and add them to the shopping cart.

For U.S. customers

Credit card or P.O. number is the only acceptable form of payment for your online purchase.

For non-US customers

Credit Card is the only acceptable form of payment for your online purchase. Please note that you cannot place international orders online with P.O. numbers.

Emailing/Faxing Purchase Orders

For non-U.S. customers

All international orders require prepayment before orders can ship. It is your responsibility to provide purchase orders with a valid email address in order for us to email you an invoice. After we receive your purchase order, we will send you a copy of the invoice to the email address provided on the purchase order. You may provide the full payment for your order either by credit card or wire-transfer. Please note that a $25 wire-transfer fee is applicable when paying by wire-transfer. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay ALL bank fees. Payment after applicable fees must cover the full amount of the invoice including the $25 wire-transfer fee.

Commercial rights on products

There are absolutely no commercial rights on our products.

Terms of Payment

For all customers

All payments will be paid in U.S. dollars.

For U.S. customers

Net 30 days from date of shipment.

For Non-U.S. customers

All international orders require prepayment.

Taxes on products

All orders shipped to California addresses are subject to sales tax except for tax exempt organizations.
If you are qualified for sales tax exemption, please provide us with your tax exemption code before checking out from your shopping cart. After placing an order, please email a copy of your organizations' tax exemption letter/certificate to or fax it to 1.800.507.2912 in order for us to verify your status before processing your order.

Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or changed at no charge, provided that the notice is received before the order is shipped. Please call 1.800.758.1630 or email for order cancellations/changes. Cancellations or change requests after an order has been shipped will not be accepted.

Shipping and Delivery

For all customers

All shipping/delivery dates are approximate only.
All products will be shipped F.O.B Seller's Shipping point.
For products that require dry ice, an additional dry ice packaging fee will be added. $15 for domestic shipment (this excludes local deliveries) and $30 for international shipments.
All the shipping and packaging fees are non-refundable and are subject to change without notice.

For U.S customers

Orders received before 2:30pm (PST) are shipped on the same day. Orders received after 2:30pm (PST) are shipped on the following business day. Product availability may have impact on shipping schedules.
Unless otherwise requested, orders are shipped overnight, Monday through Thursday, via FedEx with a flat shipping and handling rate of $50*. If you choose to use your own FedEx/UPS shipping account, there is a $15 package and handling fee.
For orders delivered to the local San Diego, California area, a courier service is available. There is a $10 packaging and delivery fee for local sequencing customers and a $15 packaging and delivery fee for local non-sequencing customers.

For non-U.S customers

All international orders require prepayment before products are shipped. Unless otherwise requested, orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority. All Orders shipped to Canada are subject to a fee of $90*. All Orders shipped to other countries are subject to a flat fee of $120* unless different shipping charges are quoted by Eton Bioscience. Shipping and handling charge for international orders may vary based on the destination country and the product you purchase. If you choose to use your own FedEx/UPS shipping account, there is a $20 packaging and handling fee. International shipping may be subject to custom duties and fees charged separately by shipping carrier and/or customs. All charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

Customs policies may vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information. For all non-U.S. orders, please note that custom clearance is not in our control. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Eton Bioscience is not responsible for any delays in customs clearance nor do we provide compensation for such delays.

Product Usage/storage

All products are for research use only and are not to be used on humans for clinical diagnostics or for drug purposes.

Please pay special attention to the expiration date indicated on product label. Please follow storage instructions on the label. If you do not store products properly, products may degrade quickly. If you thaw and freeze certain products repeatedly, this may cause the products to degrade even faster. Please make aliquots and store them if you do not plan to use the whole product at one time. Please make sure to put the expiration date on the aliquoted bottles/tubes as well.
We recommend that all users follow Good Laboratory Practice guidelines. Eton Bioscience disclaims any and all responsibilities for any injury or damage, which may be caused by the failure of the buyer or any other person to follow said guidelines. It is the user's responsibility to determine the applicability of any material and/ or procedure for a specific purpose and to adopt such safety precautions as may be necessary.


Eton Bioscience warrants that our products shall conform substantially to the description of such goods as provided in our catalogues and literature accompanying the goods until their respective expiration dates if stated or 12 months from the date of your receipt of such goods, whichever is shorter. This warranty is exclusive and we make no other warranty, expressed or implied. If we manufacture custom goods for you based on your instructions, specifications, or other directions you provide to us, we shall not be liable for the lack of sufficiency, fitness for purpose or quality of the goods to the extent attributable to such instructions, specifications, or other directions. This warranty is not effective if we determine that you have altered or misused the goods or have failed to use or store them as accordance with instructions furnished by us or the defects to the goods result from neglect or accident. These warranties are exclusive and Eton Bioscience makes no other warranty, expressed or implied. If the product was an incorrect item or had damages during shipping, claims must be made within 3 days after receipt of the goods. Any other claims regarding our products must be made to Eton Bioscience within 15 days after receipt of the product. Under no event, shall Eton Bioscience be liable for loss of profits, failure of research results, or direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of research or development, anticipated profits or economic loss.
